◆ Corrugated roller is made of special alloy steel of 48CrMo alloy steel with grinding process and hardened with hardness of HRC58°- 60°.

◆ Oil lubrication type gear box, low noise and gimbal transmission, also separate power. Main motor is frequency conversion control (optional).

◆ Vacuum suction system provides perfect flute shape even at high speed, blast volume controller is equipped.

◆ Bearings of corrugated roller and pressure roller are lubricated by high temperature lubricating grease.

◆ Surface of gluing roller are treated by special mesh snicked and chrome plated. Automatic and cyclic supply glue for the glue unit
